Cancelling a Failed Status
You can cancel a failed status from two places.
From the project Kanban
Go to the relevant project → Process tab.
Find the candidate in the "Failed" column.
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ on the candidate card.
Click "Cancel failed" — the candidate returns to their previous stage.
From the candidate profile
Open the candidate profile.
Find the relevant process in the Process section.
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ next to the process.
Click "Cancel failed".
⚠️ From the general Kanban (Projects → My processes), it is not possible to cancel a failed status if the candidate is marked as failed on multiple processes simultaneously. In that case, use the project Kanban or the candidate profile instead.
Going Back to a Previous Stage
If you moved a candidate to the wrong stage, two options.
From the project Kanban
Drag and drop the candidate card to the desired stage, just like a regular stage change.
From the candidate profile
Click on the dropdown of the current stage in the Process section, and select the desired stage.
💡 There are no restrictions — you can move a candidate to any stage, including earlier ones.
Deleting a Process by Mistake
If a candidate was added to a process by mistake and you want to remove them completely.
From the project Kanban
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ on the candidate card.
Select "Delete" (in red).
From the candidate profile
Find the process in the Process section.
Click on the gear icon ⚙️ next to the process.
Select "Delete" (in red).
⚠️ Deleting a process is permanent. If you simply want to set the candidate aside, prefer marking as failed rather than deleting.
