Marvin offers two complementary Kanban views to track your candidates by stage.
"My processes" — the global view From the Projects tab, click on "My processes". You will find all your candidates currently in a recruitment process, across all projects, organized by process stage. A candidate only appears once, in their most advanced column.
You can filter this view by user, team or via the time filter to refine the display.
Process view for a specific project From a project, click on the "Process" tab. You will only see candidates currently in process for that specific project, stage by stage.
💡 You can customize your columns (rename, add, reorder) from Configuration → Custom columns → ATS.
