What are the LinkedIn limits applied by Marvin?

Marvin applies limits on LinkedIn actions to protect your account and comply with LinkedIn's terms of use. These limits vary depending on the type of LinkedIn licence connected to your Marvin account.

💡 Your licence type is automatically detected by Marvin. To check it: click on your name at the top right → Configuration → Integration → LinkedIn.

⚠️ Marvin sends a maximum of 1 invitation every 5 minutes, regardless of your account type, to mimic natural behaviour and protect your LinkedIn account.

Personalised invitation notes (Free accounts only): limited to 5 per month. Beyond this, Marvin sends invitations without a note.

About your InMail credits:

The number of InMails available depends on your LinkedIn subscription and renews each month. Credits typically range from a few dozen (Premium) to several hundred (Recruiter / Sales Navigator).

Marvin checks your balance automatically up to 40 times per day. If your balance runs out, pending InMails in your campaigns are automatically paused and resume once your balance is replenished.

💡 You can check your InMail balance directly on LinkedIn, under Settings & Privacy → Subscriptions and payments.

💡 Recruiter and Sales Navigator accounts therefore benefit from a total of 200 profile visits per day (100 standard + 100 premium).

When a limit is reached, Marvin automatically pauses the relevant actions until the period resets (the next day for a daily limit, Monday for a weekly limit). Prospects remain in your campaign and sending resumes automatically without any action required on your part.

⚠️ These limits are applied by Marvin independently from LinkedIn's own native limits. Performing actions outside of Marvin (manual invitations, direct messages…) consumes your LinkedIn quota and may accelerate when limits are reached.
