How many times did a campaign brake and you realized 4 days later? Wasting valuable time and affecting ROA

You can avoid this altogether by building customized alerts for each Ad platform

You will be alerted every time when:

  • Spent $ is over budget

  • Conversion rate drops below X %

  • CTR drops X % against CTR from the Last Period

  • Sales $ below X $

Once you configured your Alert, you can choose to get notified in several ways:

Receive the Alert in your Email: Simply add as many emails as you want to get Alerted in your inbox

Receive the Alert as a Task on Click Up

Once you connect your Click Up account you are going to be able to create a Task with details of the Alert in the Workspace of your choosing and customize all Click Up relevant fields.

Receive the Alert on Monday

First, you need to Install the Monday app, and then Connect the account.

You can create a new Item inside a Board of your choosing:

Or you can update an item:

Receive the Alert as a Task on Asana

Once you connect your Asana account you are going to be able to create a Task with details of the Alert in the Workspace of your choosing and customize all Asana relevant fields:

Receive the Alert on over 5000+ applications using Zapier

Once you have created a Zapier account, you will need to create an Account in Email Parser by Zapier

Remember that there’s no need to purchase a Zapier Paid Plan.

After you have created your Email Parser Account, you must create a mailbox. Long story short, this is where you will receive your Master Metrics Alert’s emails and its information into Zapier.

Click on Create Mailbox.

Introduce a custom name in the first slot and copy-paste in the second slot exactly as it shown below:

FIRST SLOT: yourcompanyname123

SECOND SLOT:

Alert Logs

Alert name: {{alertname}}

Data Source: {{datasource}} | Ad account: {{adaccount}}

Alert triggered on Date: {{triggereddate}}

Conditions to trigger the alert were fullfilled

Filters:

Triggered Alert:

Did not Triggered Alert:

Finally, just Save Address and Template. Beware not to modify the Body Source and the Parser Engine options.

Now, go to your Master Metric Alerts.

Select the alert that you want to receive in Zapier, and at the end of your Alert Set Up, include the email address mailbox that you have created in the Send to slot:

Beware to keep COMPLETELY EMPTY the Customize Alert Message Slot.

Finally, go to Zapier and click on +Create-->New Zap.

Select New Email as the event.

Select your Email Parser Account and in the Mailbox that you have just created.

If your Mailbox does not appear as an option, you can click on the Refresh button below.

You can Skip the Test if you like.

Now you are done. You are ready to send your Master Metrics Alert’s information to any app in the Action Step.

ACTION EXAMPLES:

Trello App

Select Trello in the App slot and Create Card in the Event section. Then, connect your Trello Account.

Then, configure the card details

Slack App

Select Slack in the App slot and Send Channel Message in the Event section. Then, connect your Slack Account.

Now you are done! You have learn how to connect Master Metrics with Zapier and send your Alert information to more than 5000 Apps.
