You have 3 ways to create a new dashboard:

1) From scratch: creating each widget (tables, charts, etc) one by one. In this link, there is an article that explains how to do this in detail

2) Template

You are going to be able to choose from 4 templates:

  • E-commerce Fundamental: simple version with some widgets for an e-commerce business

  • E-commerce Advanced: a version for more advanced customers

  • Lead Generation Fundamental: simple version with some widgets for a lead gen type of business

  • Lead Generation Advanced: a version for more advanced customers

Also, each template is going to change depending on the sources you choose. For example, if the customer uses Facebook Ads, Google Ads and GA4, the template will include widgets of every one of the 3 sources.

Once created the dashboard with the chosen template you are going to be able to edit it: moving widgets, deleting widgets, adding new ones, etc. For more information about available widgets, you can see this article

3) Cloning an existing Dashboard

This option is the best when we have an ideal dashboard already built. For example, if we build the ideal dashboard for an e-commerce customer (from a template and then editing it or from scratch), you can then clone it and the only thing you have to do is to assign the new ad accounts for the new dashboard:

This way you can have a dashboard ready for a new customer in a couple of clicks!

Finally, to share the dashboard with your customer or team, there is 2 ways:

1) Download dashboard to PDF and then share the file

2) Creating a public link

The person viewing the public link will be able to see the updated dashboard in real time without having to log in to the software. Also, you will be able to choose if the viewer can filter the date of the dashboard or not.
