The Sofia Event Center is based on the top floor of the famous Paradise Center shopping mall and is very easy to get to, either by road or rail.

By Taxi:

Taxis can be booked via the Yellow Taxi app. Alternatively, whilst Uber does not operate in Sofia, Bolt or Freenow do (check your App store). Taxis can be in short supply at peak times, so allow plenty of time.

Top tip: In Bulgaria, most taxis are yellow, so look for the Yellow Taxi logo, rather than the colour.

By Metro:

To reach Paradise Center by Metro, take Line M2 (the Blue Line) of the Sofia Metro and get off at Vitosha station. This station is directly connected to the Paradise Center.

For those staying at the Sofia Hilton, it is only two stops (around 5 minutes) away - where you'll find the European Union station just a 2-minute walk away. Trains come every 6 to 10 minutes.

The Metro fare is just 70p (95¢) for the journey.

When you arrive at the Paradise Center, whichever entrance you arrive in, simply keep heading upstairs until you find us!

If you are stuck, aim for the Food Court or Cinema on the 3rd floor, and the Sofia Event Center is immediately above.

The event is taking place on the top floor of a shopping mall which contains multiple restaurants to choose from, the full list can be found here. In the evenings, you may wish to head to Vitosha Boulevard. This is where all the action happens, with bustling restaurants to suit every taste.

We want to make sure you can enjoy The Mastermind Event without issues so now is a great time to check if you have everything you need to make sure you have a smooth journey, including:

✅ Applying for your VISA (not necessary for British or EU visitors)

Sofia Airport (SOF) is approximately 17 minutes away from the Sofia Event Centre, or 20 minutes from the Sofia Hilton . We recommend you use one of the taxi apps mentioned above.

The Mastermind Event 2025 is going to be full of great lessons from some of the top achievers in our space, so please bring your notepad & pen or electronic alternatives of your choice! Please note, if you are bringing a laptop or tablet, there will not be access to a power outlet from your seat.

We also recommend that you bring a refillable water bottle, and snacks to make your time at the event more comfortable.

The beauty of being in our profession is that you can work and dress however you feel is appropriate, therefore we have no strict dress policy. Dress however you are comfortable.

The event will be translated from English to: 🇧🇬

If you require a free to use translation headset for Bulgarian, for the main event, visit our headset stand and exchange a Government ID card or debit/credit card for a translation headset. Don't worry, we'll keep it safe until you come back! But please, ensure you keep the headset safe too - whilst they are free to use they are costly to replace.

Bulgarian translation is also available at the Leadership Summit.
