Terms of Booking
By booking with us (Mastermind Event Ltd) you (the lead attendee) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions as set-out. By purchasing a ticket you agree to abide by the subsequent conditions as set-out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.
Booking Process
To place a booking with us the lead attendee must be at least 18 years of age. Where the person making the booking is different to the lead attendee taking up the occupation, the person making the booking may be held responsible for cancellation, non-arrival and damages as set-out within. Only the lead attendee and the named booking party are allowed to attend the event (providing they have a valid ticket) and use the venue hotel and its facilities, anyone not named on the booking will not be accommodated for.
To secure any booking we require full payment in advance, or using our EasyPay instalments the set monthly amount should be paid.
Mastermind Event 2024
Purchasing a ticket via mastermindevent.com gives you, and any guests associated with your ticket a pass to The Mastermind Event 2024, which takes place in Sofia, Bulgaria. This ticket will permit you and allocated guests entry into the Mastermind Event.
Accommodation
If your ticket includes accommodation during the time of the training event, all attendees of the event agree to respect the privacy and peace of all other staying guests, neighbours and the owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if attendees are not honouring this agreement or causing a disturbance / nuisance to other guests, neighbours or the owners.
Cancellation, Returned Deposit & Non-Arrival Conditions
Attendees who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Payments already paid are only returned in accordance with the following conditions;
Cancellation made more than 120 days in advance of arrival date = 75% of payment refund.
Cancellation made 120-91 days in advance of arrival date = 50% of payment refund.
Cancellation made 90-31 days of arrival date = 25% of payment refund.
Cancellation made 30 days or less of arrival date = No refund issued, full amount of booking due
Bookings made with EasyPay
First payment = non-refundable deposit
Cancellation made more than 120 days in advance of arrival date = 75% of payment refund.

Non-arrival
Non-arrival attendees, who are unable to attend or fail to attend for whatever reason forfeit their payment and the full amount of the booking will be due. It is suggested that booking attendees take out appropriate travel/cancellation insurance where required.
Force majeure / events beyond our control
In the rare event we need to cancel your booking with us for circumstances beyond our control, we cannot guarantee a refund. For this reason, it is highly recommended that you take out appropriate travel/cancellation insurance where required, sufficient to cover the cost of your ticket, hotel and all associated travel costs.
In the event our in-person event is unable to go ahead, your ticket will be converted to a virtual pass to attend our next virtual event. Where possible, we will include extra benefits to make up the difference in value, but this cannot be guaranteed.
Non-transfer
Tickets for the Mastermind Event are event-specific, and cannot be transferred to another event. Tickets can however be transferred from person to person for free, and those who purchase multiple tickets can allocate their tickets using our events platform.
Virtual Tickets
No refunds are available for The Virtual Mastermind Event, 2024.
