Instructors teach Core Training live classes, provide guidance to students, and are responsible for building an engaging community. Instructors are willing to do whatever it takes to set their students up for a successful new career in tech, bringing them from dreamers with no experience to working professionals.

Instructors help students identify and overcome obstacles and difficulties that may arise. They help students to better understand what they are learning and how the skills they are learning can be applied to the day-to-day operations of tech companies in various industries.

During live classes, 1:1 sessions, and even on Slack, Instructors inspire and motivate students to keep working hard to achieve their goals.

Mentors teach the advanced material during the Career Accelerator, provide guidance, prepare their students for job applications and interviews, and help with job opportunities through their own professional network.

Mentors help their students create their personal brands, build their portfolios, and polish their online presence, and above all else, they are committed to the personal and professional growth of their students.
