MASV notifications keep you informed about your file transfer. Different notifications are present under User and Team levels.

To access User Level notification settings, navigate to Settings > Profile. Here you will find toggles for notifications such as product announcements, delivery confirmation, package deletion notification, etc., which are received by you only.

To access Team Level notification settings, navigate to Settings > Team. Please note that this feature is available to Team Owners and Admins only. Here you will find toggles for notifications for your clients and Portal recipients.

If you are a team member with Member privileges you will have to contact the Team Owner or Admin to modify those settings for you. Click here for more information on team member roles.
