Have your casters demonstrate code and Sponsor Quests™ use on stream. Be sure to keep clips of this demonstration for use in your own marketing and community training purposes. There may even be programs in the future that will require you to submit clips like this so it could be good to plan ahead!
Turn a code redemption into potentially $1.00+ with combo-actions! Encourage viewers to turn the 15 seconds they spend using a marketing code into a larger overall donation - all for free - by clicking all available Sponsor Quests™ as well.
Don’t forget to talk about your merchandise options! Whether it’s a discord role, Matcherino hat, your own custom merch, etc. It can all bring in a significant amount of money to a tournament in a single transaction and can really push your metrics up! Some organizers will put the first things they see on a list on their event to fulfill basic requirements - don’t forget that some thought and consideration as to what your community may want could pay dividends over the long term.
Post event Suggestions
As outlined in the Event Finalization guide, we highly recommend partners look at their contribution lists for a variety of information:
You will be able to see how much your community is utilizing the Sponsor Quests™ you had attached to your event. If there is a low utilization rate of a specific sponsor, you may not have to cycle it out before your next event and can re-use it more freely. If a Sponsor Quests™ has been used by a large portion of your community, it’s recommended that you switch it out for a new action.
You will want to review your contribution lists for any signs of overt fraud (ie. similar usernames utilizing more than one coupon code or doing multiple sets of the same Sponsor Quests™). If you see this please report the names to your Matcherino representative prior to finalizing the event so they can help you resolve the issue and ban the offending accounts.
Partners are held responsible for the actions of their community and fraud tied to a partner account is grounds for ejection from the program.
