1)When logged into your account, go to your profile page. 

2) Click on the Wallet button

3) Inside your wallet you can see your your current account balance, as well as both cashout options - PayPal or Check. Input the amount you want to withdraw, and select your cashout method.  Please be aware, you need to have at least $5 in your account in order to cash out. 

4a) PayPal Transaction - If you choose to process your cash out PayPal, fill out the destination email where prompted. When finished, click OK to go to the next step.

You can mouse over (fees included) to get a breakout of the fees being paid on the transaction. Matcherino charges 4% on cash withdrawn and PayPal assess its own fees on all transactions through its platform.

Once complete, you will see a confirmation screen! Within moments you should get an email from PayPal as well.

4b) Check Transaction - Important note: Check cash outs have a fixed fee that makes small transactions expensive - If you choose to cash out via a check you will have to fill out all of your mailing information. You will get an image of your check (for mobile deposits), but the processor will still send you a physical check as well.

On the next screen you can mouse over (fees included) to get a breakout of the fees being paid on the transaction. Matcherino charges 4% on cash withdrawn and checks have both a minimum fee of $1.50 on the transaction as well as a variable processor fees depending on the amount.

Please note that once you click yes your transaction will be processed. There will be a brief confirmation screen and then you will be back on your wallet screen.

Once you’re back on your wallet screen, you can see your check transaction under “Recent Transactions”. If you want an image of your check to cash via mobile deposit, you can click on “View check front” and “View back” directly from your wallet screen.
