We offer a number of more specialized setup options for live events!
Location Information
Click on the ‘Location’ tab of your admin panel top fill in all of the physical details for your event and click 'Save' to set this information.
Entry Fees
If you plan on adding an entry fee to your event you can find details in the ‘Entry’ tab of your Admin Panel. The top section takes care of basic entry fee needs and limitations.
If you need to collect custom data from events, you can add questions on the Custom Form. Just click the blue + to bring up the following form.
You can currently add a variety of question fields (with more space for help if needed) and can collect the form in file just below as well.
Additionally, if you go into the Admin -> Participants screen, you can add new users to your paid player pool via either their Matcherino user ID, or with an email and a name. Just click the blue + to bring up this screen:
Please note that the "Paid" button will add a player to an event with an Entry Fee and will deduct the cost of the entry fee from the organizers account. This feature is used to bridge the digital gap for taking cash for live same day registrations.
