1) When logged into your account, go to https://matcherino.com/create

2) If you need to create a new Marketplace item, click on “Create Item or Quest” in the left menu.

From there, click Marketplace Item -

Then pick if this is a regular item listing, or a digital code (DLC):

3a) In a Regular item, you’ll need to fill out the basic details of your marketplace listing:

You can set shipping handling times and locations, if necessary in the next screen. Each location can be set up to have a different charged rate. Most community listings do not need this option enabled.

On the Advanced options tab, you can set the final item options:

If you live in a country where you need to collect VAT taxes on a specific item, you can click the first option to opt IN to tax collection. This will add a tax amount based on the rate of the buyers country to any transaction you make and add it to your organizer account to be paid to the proper tax authority. Needing to use this option is highly uncommon for most users and should almost never be checked.

Most important is the 'Revenue Sharing' options. This is where you can set the total price for your item. The Prize Pool Share is the portion of a purchase price that will actually fund your event, 'My Share' includes your own cut of the price and you can click 'Add User Share' to add additional payees (artists, creators, etc).

Below the rev share is the 'User Whitelist' option. This allows you to control who has access to your item, linking it to specified organizers. You are always able to add your own items to your own events without setting any additional options.

'Request Custom Data' allows you to add an extra data field to your items (Sizes, social medial handles, etc) - these are important to consider for nearly everything you can create! Be sure to phrase anything you put into this field as a question for a buyer to answer related to the data you need.

The 'Email Notification' setting allows you to add additional people to a notification mailing list when the item sells. By default, the creator will be on all emails to start.

To finish item creation, click “I have read and agree to the Matcherino Terms of Service.” on the Basic Details form and click create.

Any items you create can be found on the https://matcherino.com/create screen, just click the eye icon to edit.

3b) To create a DLC Code Item, you’ll need to fill out the basic details of your marketplace listing:

Once done, click the “DLC Codes” tab:

You will need to upload a .csv or .xlsx file continuing your digital codes, and can download a formatted template to use for either format on the same screen.

4) Once your Marketplace Items are created, you can add them to any event page by going to the Admin -> Marketplace screen.

The 'Attached' tab is where items already attached to your campaign will be.

'My Items' are any of your own personally created items that aren't linked to the global store are.

'Sponsored Items' are special items that only Verified Organizers have access to. These include many of our subsidized products.

'Global Items' are not currently in use on the platform - Anyone interested in offering merchandise to the entire platform should contact a Matcherino Representative!

'DLC Items' and "Venues' aren't useful to most organizers. If you want to know more about each of these, please feel free to reach out to SweeBeeps or Scott in our discord server.

5) Mouse over any item to get more details about it, including the total price (excluding shipping) and tournament split. The total price is highlighted in the grey box while the amount of the total available to the prize pool has a trophy next to it.

Once you find items to add, click ‘Attach’ and it will show up on your page. Any items added will be listed on the ‘Attached’ tab on Admin -> Marketplace.

8. To detach any items, just click the red ‘Detatch’ button.
