Say hello to Kits — your new shortcut to faster, more accurate scopes.

You already know that writing a detailed scope of work is key to a successful project — but it takes time, and it’s easy to miss something.

That’s why we’re excited to introduce Kits — your new superpower for building your scope of work in seconds.

Here's why teams love it:

  • 90% faster setup
That scope that used to take 100 clicks? Now it takes 3 seconds.

  • Smarter estimates
Kits update with pricing and details — so your numbers stay accurate as your business grows.

  • Historical consistency
Create a clear record of how you’ve scoped similar work over time. No more starting from scratch.

Build faster. Miss less. Stay consistent.

Kits are pre-saved bundles of scope items that let you build out entire parts of your project with just one click.

Instead of manually adding every item to a room or location, just select a Kit — and instantly populate your scope with fixtures, finishes, furniture, and more.

How it works

Click “Add” in your scope of work, and you’ll see a few Kits already loaded into your account. Kits cover entire spaces so you can build comprehensive scopes faster, without missing key items.

For example, a full kitchen setup - complete with cabinetry, countertops, sink, faucet, and appliances - can all be added in a single click.

Location Kits vs. Project Kits

You’ll notice two types of Kits in your Kits library:

  • Location Kits
These are tied to specific rooms — like a standard master bath or living room

    .

  • Project Kits
These apply across the whole job — like your standard framing needs or general requirements for remodels.

This distinction helps you organize your scopes cleanly and reuse Kits wherever they make sense.

Here's a run through:

Save your own standard setups with custom Kits

If you have custom Kits in your plan, it gets even better.

Say your typical master bath includes a toilet, tub, double vanity, and mirrors. Now, you can save that setup as a reusable Kit — and apply it to any future project in seconds.

Kits aren’t just faster — they also help reduce mistakes. If something ever gets missed on a job, you can bake it into your Kit so it never happens again.

Here’s a quick walkthrough of how Custom Kits can make your project setup even smoother.

Get started now

You’ll see a few Kits pre-loaded in your account — ready to use.

To create your own custom Kits, head into your scope, build out a setup you like, and click “Save as Kit.”
