Reviewing Sales Tax Collected by Month

Visit your global Invoicing page to export a snapshot of sales tax collected across projects.

1. Navigate to your Invoicing page from Main Menu>Invoicing docs tab.

2. Navigate to the download button at the far right of the page.

3. Here you can choose either the Invoicing documents or Invoicing line details report, and then filter the spreadsheet by date.

The Invoicing documents report includes:

Project, Invoice number, Type, Status, Title, Transaction date, Last issued date, Payment due date, Subtotal, Fees, Sales tax, Grand total, Paid to date, Balance due, QuickBooks sync status, Quickbooks link.

The Invoicing line details report includes:

Project, Invoice number, Type, Status, Title, Transaction date, Linked scope, Linked category, Linked location, Line type, Line description, Line quantity, Line unit, Last issued date, Payment due date, Subtotal, Sales tax, Grand total, Subtotal deposit applied, Sales tax deposit applied, Total deposit applied.

With either report, you can easily view the sales tax collected for each month, across all projects.
