If you are using MaterioPay and would like to update the bank account to which payments from clients are deposited, you'll need to reach out to Materio to have us handle that for you.
The owner of the Materio account must email Materio Customer Support at support@materio.co to request this update, and confirm that they have uploaded the necessary banking information through our secure document portal.
βUpload the new information to our secure document portal. The information needed is the new bank account's account number, routing number, and either a voided check or bank letter.
Materio's Finance team will then handle updating your MaterioPay account, and you will receive a confirmation email from Support when the update is complete.
