How to archive projects in Materio, and where to see your archived projects. In Materio, there is no deleting projects. Instead, you can archive your project.

1. Navigate to PROJECT DASHBOARD

This is where all of your past and current projects are located

2. Click on the status indicator on the right side of the project

Click on Live


3. Click on CLOSED or COMPLETED

Mark it "Completed" if the project wrapped up and was delivered. Use "Closed" for projects that have been canceled or otherwise abandoned.

Click on CLOSED

5. (Optional) Enter a note about why the project is being closed

For example, "client canceled the project and does not want to continue" or "project finished construction".

Type whatever notes you may have about the project

6. Click on UPDATE

Click on UPDATE

7. Now your project is archived!

You'll now find it under the "Archived projects" section from your dashboard. If you need to reopen a project, you can find it there and update its status to reopen it.
