How to revise an option or reopen it for selection after it has been approved or declined
If you need to reset the selection decision or update the pricing, imagery, or any other details on a product in your project, follow the steps below.
Step by Step Guide to Revise a Selection
1. Go to your selections tab to locate the item you wish to revise, or click the item in your scope of work
3. Click on Revise...
4. Read the warning, and then Click on Proceed
5. Make your edits or changes to the item
6. Click on 'Save'
Step by Step Guide to Reopen a Selection
Click on the item in your scope or Selections workspace
Instead of clicking 'Revise', you'll click the 'Reopen selection' button right next to it
3. Click 'Reopen' when the reset decision message appears
Then the decision will be reset and you can approve or decline the option.
