This step-by-step guide will give you information on the functionality of view-only links and QR codes and will walk you through creating a view-only link in Materio to share a specific portion of your scope of work with subcontractors or other relevant parties. In this view-only mode, your collaborators can also get other information about the project such as approval status and associated spec or tear sheets. This provides them with a comprehensive view of the project without the need to log in, while still being able to see the floor plans and all shared information.

1. Open your project in Materio and navigate to the top right corner of the screen. Click on the "Share" button to access the sharing options.
