Welcome to Materio's timeline and task management feature! In this updated tutorial, we'll guide you through setting up timelines, managing project phases, and handling tasks efficiently. To begin, navigate to your project and click the "Timeline" tab. From there, you can create a timeline from scratch or utilize templates if you've created them previously. Each project phase represents a key stage in your project, such as client onboarding or conceptual design. Within each phase, you can outline planned tasks that need to be completed, assign them to team members, set due dates, and add descriptions as needed.

For recurring project types, you can save templates for future use, streamlining your workflow. One-off tasks can also be added directly to the project, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Additionally, Materio's dashboard provides a centralized view of all tasks across projects, allowing you to track progress, assign tasks, and manage deadlines effectively. Furthermore, the timeline view integrates with purchase orders and calendars, providing visibility into upcoming deliveries and deadlines. You can toggle between projects to manage multiple timelines seamlessly.

We hope this guide helps you maximize Materio's timeline and task management features. Should you have any questions or need further assistance, don't hesitate to contact our support team.

Happy project management!
