Step by step on how to set item statuses in Materio, indicating what stage of the procurement process your products are in

In Materio, you can easily manage your products' procurement and ordering process. This step-by-step walkthrough will guide you through changing an item's status, adding notes, scheduling ship dates, tracking numbers, and managing item delivery

1. To begin, navigate to the Selections Workspace in Materio.

2. Locate the "Confirmed" section within the workspace to manage the procurement and ordering process.

3. Within the Confirmed section, find the item you wish to update. Click on the dropdown arrow next to the item to change its status.

4. Once you've place an order for an item, you can update it's status to "Ordered."

Note: An item will automatically be updated to "ordered" if it goes through the Purchase order workflow.

6. Additionally, you can schedule the ship date for the item, which will be displayed on your project timeline. Enter the ship date and click "Update."

8. Once the item has been shipped, update the status to "Shipped."

9. You can enter a tracking number to track the shipment of your products.

14. When the item arrives and is in your possession, select the "Received" status to indicate receipt.

15. Alternatively, you can choose the "In Progress" status if the item is still being worked on on the job site, for example, if the installation of the product is ongoing.

16. If the item has been implemented into your project, select the "Complete" status. You can add any relevant notes to the item status. Click "Update."
