1. Click on the "Activity" tab
All important updates to your project are managed in the Activity tab of your project.
2. Click on Prepare Report
3. Click on Generate Report
Select a timeframe to report on, then click "Generate Report"
4. Select the people to send the report to
You can also customize the content of the report. By default, reports contain notes from your time tracker, upcoming events on the timeline, and recent changes to the project like approvals, plan updates, or scope edits.
5. Optionally, enter a note to summarize what happened
6. Click on Send
A report will be emailed to everyone selected.
