Troubleshooting Logging in to Materio's Selection Clipper

If the clipper seems to hang or get stuck while logging in, here are steps to resolve the issue

If you trying to use the Materio Selection Clipper but it seems to hang at "Logging in..." the issue will look like this:

This is likely because you might have Third-Party Cookies Blocked in Chrome, or you might have an out-of-date version of Chrome. Please check the following:

  1. Chrome is up-to-date

  2. Quit and restart Chrome

  3. Check your settings in Chrome > Preferences > Privacy and Security

  4. Make sure your setting is set to "Allow all Cookies" (See below screenshots)

This setting is required to use the Clipper because on vendor websites, you are logged in to Materio (via the Clipper Extension) which would be then considered a "Third Party". Cookies are an essential technique to ensure that you are authenticated when accessing Materio so that we can post products into your account's library.
