How to remove a team member, client, or external collaborator from an account

This walkthrough will show you how to remove a team member, client, vendor, or subcontractor from your account.

Note: When removing a contact, Materio will automatically remove the contact from any projects they are on as well.

1. Click on the dropdown menu in the top left corner

You can find this menu from anywhere within the app

2. Click on "Contacts"

Click on "Contacts"

3. If you'd like to remove a team member click on "Team"

These steps can also be repeated for removing clients or external collaborators

If you'd like to remove a team member click on "Team"

4. Click on the trash symbol on the right side of the contact

Click on the trashcan symbol

5. Click on "Delete"

This cannot be undone. Please pay close attention when taking this action

Click on "Delete"
