1. Click on the dropdown menu in the top left corner
2. Click on "Contacts"
3. Click on "Team"
4. Click on "Add employee"
5. Add your team member's name, and job title
Optionally, follow steps to add your employee's cost per hour, their hourly billable rate as well as establish activities you'd like for them to be able to bill for.
6. To invite them to Materio, Toggle on "Materio Access" and follow the next steps
7. Input their email address
8. Under "Permissions," you can choose what account permissions this employee will have

9. And under "Project Permissions," you can choose what type of project access this employee will have
Full edit access is a typical project permission set for designers
Optionally, you can "Request Daily Timesheets," allowing your employee to track time in Materio. Follow the necessary steps given in the dialogue such as number and activities.
This is an optional feature for end-of-day time tracking. For information on how to use our timer for time tracking, follow this link.
10. Click on "Save New Employee."
If an employee hasn't activated their account or their invite link is invalid, you can resend the invitation.
To do this, find the employee's name in the team list within the "Team" section of your Materio dashboard by going to Main Menu > Contacts > Team. Click on the option to resend the invite. The employee will receive a new email with an invitation to join your Materio account. Ensure that they check their spam or junk folder if they do not see the invitation in their inbox.
