There's often a need at the end of a project to tie up all the loose ends, fix any small issues, and put a nice bow on the project. There are two ways to do this within Materio.

  1. Planned Work Phase

  2. Other Tasks

Method 1: Planned Work Phase Punch List

Inputting the final work phase as the punch list is what we see utilized most often.

  1. Navigate to your project within Materio

  2. Go to the Timeline

  3. Enter the new phase, which is typically the last part of the project.

  4. Make sure the Punch List is dependent on the second-to-last phase

  5. Start entering the punch list tasks in the Planned tasks field and assign them to the proper team members.

    1. Optional: assign a team member, due date, and add additional information within the task.

The team can mark these items as Not started, In progress, and Done when they log in to Materio.

Method 2: Other Tasks

  1. Navigate to your project within Materio

  2. Go to the Timeline

  3. Input the punch list items in the Other Tasks area

    1. Optional: assign a team member, due date, and add additional information within the task.

The team can mark these items as Not started, In progress, and Done when they log in to Materio.

Task Capabilities

Both of the methods above use a task, which can have an Assignee, due date, notes, a person who is notified upon completion, and attachments uploaded to it. The team can mark these items as Not started, In progress, and Done when they login to Materio.
