Plan Management helps you save assigned activities as a plan, then reuse them with other classes or share them with other teachers. It’s a simple way to stay organized, keep learning consistent, and avoid reassigning the same work again and again.
You can use Plan Management for both Mathematics and Financial Literacy, depending on the subjects enabled for your school.

Who Can Use Plan Management
Plan Management is available to:
Teachers
Administrators
Both types of users are able to save, share, load plans, and clear imported activities.
Creating a Plan
Before creating a plan, make sure the activities you want to include are already assigned to your class.
Go to Activities and click Manage Activities.
Click Manage Plan, then select Save & Share Plans.
Enter a name for your plan.
Choose what to include in the plan:
Anyone in the class — saves all activities assigned to the whole class, groups, or individual students.
Whole class only — saves only activities assigned to the entire class.
💡 Choosing Anyone in the class includes all assigned activities, no matter how they were assigned.
Click Save.
Once saved, you’ll see an option to copy a shareable link. This link can be shared outside Matific, such as via email.
Loading a Plan
You can load a plan into another class in three ways:
Using a shared plan link
From your Saved Plans
From Preset Plans provided by Matific
To load a plan:
In Manage Activities, click Manage Plan and select Load Plan.
Choose the class you want to load the plan into.
Select how you want to handle existing activities:
❗This action cannot be undoneClear activities assigned through previously loaded plans
Clear all currently assigned activities
Click Load.
When a plan is loaded:
All activities are assigned to the whole class
Original assignment settings are retained
Imported activities are marked with an Imported label
💡 You can customize imported activities after loading without affecting the original plan.
Preset Plans
Matific provides preset plans aligned to specific textbooks, curriculum and grade levels.
Preset plans allow you to:
Assign a full year’s worth of work in one step
Save time on long-term planning
Ensure coverage across weeks and topics
Preset plans are available for Mathematics.
Clearing Imported Activities
If you’ve loaded the wrong plan, removing it is easy.
In Manage Activities, click Manage Plan.
Click Clear Imported Activities.
Confirm to remove all activities assigned via plans.
❗This action cannot be undone.
💡 This only removes activities added through plans — manually assigned activities will remain.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I edit activities after loading a plan?
Yes. Once a plan is loaded, you can edit or customize the assigned activities without affecting the original plan or any other classes using it.
What happens if I load the wrong plan?
You can remove it easily. Go to Manage Plan and select Clear Imported Activities to remove all activities assigned through plans.
Will loading a plan affect activities I assigned manually?
No. Clearing imported activities only removes activities added through plans. Any activities you assigned manually will remain unchanged.
Why didn’t some activities load from my plan?
Activities with due dates in the past won’t be loaded. If a plan contains only past-due activities, no activities will be imported.
