We work with several couriers to deliver our items. For smaller items we work with PostNL or DHL. For the biggest items we work with UPS and Dynalogic. Our couriers will send to you an email with the right Track & Trace number so you can track your order at all times. Please be aware that sometimes (due to weekends or holidays) some minor delays might occur.
What if you did not receive a track&trace?
Please check your spam folder. It could be in here!
If you selected a shipping date in the calendar, note that the track and trace will be sent within 3 business days from this day.
If it's not there, the order is waiting to be injected in the network of the carrier. This can take up to 3 to 5 business days.
What if your track and trace doesn't change from status?
Don't worry! This indicates a minor delay in the injection in the network of the courier. If the status does not change in 5 business days, please contact us so we can start an investigation with the courier.
An investigation can take up to 14 business days to complete. Most of the time it's faster.
Does your order contains a bed (Loft or boxspring)?
All of our beds are produced made to order. This means they are not on stock. In case of a boxspring, we cut the fabrics, our carpenters cut the wood and build the bed. For the Loft, we laser the steel, weld it and coat it.
Sometimes this process takes a bit longer. But mostly we deliver the bed on time. Check your order confirmation email for the date. Note, installation can take place 2–3 weeks from this date. If you heard nothing yet around this date, don't worry. You will get an installation proposal soon.
