The Help Queue is designed to make it easier for you, as a teacher, to see which students need assistance with the assignment they're working on.

You can find the Help Queue in the top right corner under the Assignment tab.

When students need help, you’ll see a red circle with a number inside it above the icon of a person raising their hand. The number indicates how many students need help. If you click on it, you’ll see a list of the students who need help, as well as the assignment and problem they’re working on.

If you click Show, you'll be taken directly to the problem the student is working on, where you can view the solutions and/or answers they’ve submitted so far.
