Have you created an assignment and want to edit its settings? For example, change which students should work on the assignment, change the assignment to an exam, etc? Then you should follow these steps!💡

  • Go to the Assignments tab.

  • Click on the three dots to the right of the assignment (the assignment you want to edit).

  • Click Edit.

  • Here you will see which questions are in the assignment. You can edit which questions should be in the assignment; for example, add questions from the same book and other books. You can also remove questions from the assignment by clicking on the question.

  • To move along to the next step, click Next.

  • You can choose which students the assignment should be available for here. You can, for example, change, add, or remove the class, group, or individual students who should see the assignment.

  • You can also choose if the assignment should be in exam mode, if the students should be able to look at the answers, or if the assignment should require that the students show their work or require units in the answers.

  • Here you can change the status of the assignment. You can choose to Publish now so that the students can access the assignment immediately. You can make the assignment Unpublished; then the students won't be able to access or see it at all. And you can also Schedule when the assignment is to be published.

  • You can also publish an unpublished assignment by clicking the three dots to the right of the assignment and then clicking Publish.

  • Finally, click Update.
