Did you or your student accidentally create a teacher account instead of a student account? No worries, we’re here to help!

For Students:

If you’ve mistakenly set up a teacher account, let your teacher know right away. They should send us a message via chat with your email or username. We’ll help delete the teacher account so you can create a new student account.

For Teachers:

If one of your students has accidentally created a teacher account, please message us in the chat with the student’s email or username. We’ll take care of removing the teacher account so the student can set up a new student account.
