i. Recyclable metals (Rinsed) – Recycler

ii. Recyclable concrete (Rinsed) – Recycler

iii. HHM/BAM – Temp storage site then off-island disposal

iv. Vehicles – Temp storage site for Adjudication/VIN Clearance then crushed/recycled.

v. Ash/Debris/Soil – Temp Debris Storage (TDS) area (Olowalu) until a permanent disposal site is available.

vi. Trees – Trees that are within the ash footprint are taken as Ash/Debris/Soil. If there are enough burned trees not within the ash footprint, there is the potential to do some reduction (grinding), but crews are not seeing enough to justify that like we have in the past.

It is not anticipated that VOADS will play a role in the USACE Debris Removal Program.
