Phase 1:

USEPA posted a sign on each property when hazardous waste removal was completed and notified the broader community when hazardous materials removal was completed in an entire neighborhood.

Phase 2:

USACE’s contractor is currently placing placards on each parcel. Right-of-Entry (ROE) forms must be completed, verified and received from Maui County in order to proceed to Phase 2. The USACE contractor will contact homeowners that are enrolled in the Consolidated Debris Removal Program via phone 72 hours in advance of debris removal on their parcel. Homeowners can track the progress of their parcel at https://www.mauirecovers.org/debrisremoval.
