Agent Snapshot: How to Set Up Agent Goals

To get the most value from the Agent Snapshot report, here are step by step instructions on how to setup goals for each of your agents.

✅ Step 1: Go to Preferences

Click your initials in the top-right corner of the platform.
Select “Preferences” from the dropdown menu.

✅ Step 2: Navigate to the Goals Tab

Your preferences page will open on the Data Configs tab by default.
Click the “Goals” tab at the top to view and manage agent and ISA goals.

✅ Step 3: Set Team Default Goals

In the Goals tab, you’ll see two sections:
- ‘Goals’ for Agents
- ‘ISA Goals’ for ISAs
You can set Team Default Goals here to give every agent a standard goal baseline.

💡 Tip: This is helpful when you want to give all team members the same expectations upfront.

✅ Step 4: Customize Goals for Individual Agents

You have two ways to edit goals for specific users:

Option 1: Edit from the Goals Tab

Click the blue edit icon next to any agent or ISA’s name.
Adjust their individual goals as needed.
Click Submit to save changes.

Option 2: Edit from the Agent Snapshot Page

Go to Agent Reports → Agent Snapshot
Select the specific agent you'd like to update.
In the bottom-right corner, click the edit icon to change that agent’s goals directly.
