Refund policies depend on how you subscribed to May.
If you subscribed through the App Store (Apple)
Subscriptions purchased through Apple are managed entirely by Apple. For security and privacy reasons, we do not have access to your billing information and cannot process refunds on your behalf.
You can submit a refund request directly to Apple through your purchase history or via Apple Support.
If you subscribed through Google Play
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed directly by Google. As with Apple, we do not have access to payment information and cannot process refunds.
You can submit your request through your Google Play account or by contacting Google Support.
If you subscribed directly through May (with your credit card)
In some cases, we may review your refund request.
To do so, please contact our support team and provide:
the email address associated with your account;
the date of the charge in question;
the reason for your request.
Each request is reviewed individually.
