May subscriptions automatically renew until they are canceled.
When you subscribed, you agreed to a recurring subscription. This means your payment method is automatically charged at each renewal date.
There are several reasons why you may have been charged
Your subscription renewed
Your subscription was still active on the scheduled renewal date.
You had a free trial
At the end of the free trial period, the subscription automatically becomes paid unless it is canceled before the renewal date.
You thought you had canceled your subscription
If your subscription was purchased through Apple or Google, it must be canceled directly through your Apple or Google account.
Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
How can I check the status of my subscription?
You can view your subscription through:
your Apple account;
your Google Play account;
or directly in the May app, depending on how you subscribed.
