My payment failed

A payment may fail for several reasons:

  • your credit card has expired;

  • your spending limit has been reached;

  • insufficient funds are available;

  • your payment method has been removed or is no longer valid;

  • your bank declined the transaction.

If you subscribed through Apple

Check your payment information in your Apple account settings.

If you subscribed through Google Play

Check your payment method in your Google Play account.

If you subscribed directly through May

Update your payment method or contact our support team if the issue persists.

Once the payment issue has been resolved, your access to May will be automatically restored.
