How do I get an invoice?

The process depends on how you subscribed.

Subscription purchased through Apple

Invoices are available directly in your Apple purchase history.

Subscription purchased through Google Play

Invoices are available through your Google Play account.

Subscription purchased directly through May

Please contact our support team and provide:

  • the email address associated with your account;

  • the date of the payment in question.

We will send you your invoice as soon as possible.
