Change my phone number

The phone number associated with your account is only used to secure your sign-in when you use an account created with an email address and password.

In this case, we may send you a verification code by SMS to confirm your identity.

I changed my phone number

At the moment, it is not possible to change your phone number directly from the app.

If you have changed your phone number, please contact our support team and provide:

  • the email address associated with your account;

  • your previous phone number;

  • your new phone number.

We will update your account as soon as possible.

I created my account using Apple or Google

If you chose to sign in with your Apple or Google account when creating your account, no phone number is associated with your May account.

Authentication is managed directly by Apple or Google, so we do not need to store your phone number.
