Your subscription is usually activated automatically a few moments after your payment has been confirmed.
If you recently subscribed and do not see the associated features:
Completely close the app.
Reopen the app.
Make sure you are signed in to the correct account.
If your subscription still does not appear after a few minutes, please contact our support team and provide the email address associated with your May account.

I changed phones
If you are using the same May account you used when you subscribed, your subscription will be automatically restored.
Make sure you sign in using the same email address or the same Apple or Google account that you used when creating your account.
