I'm experiencing a technical issue

If you are experiencing a problem with the May app, we recommend first trying the following:

  • completely close the app and reopen it;

  • make sure you are using the latest version available;

  • check that your device has a stable internet connection;

  • restart your device.

If the issue persists, please contact our support team and provide:

  • your device type (iPhone or Android);

  • the app version;

  • a detailed description of the issue;

  • screenshots, if possible.

This information will help us identify and resolve the issue more quickly.
