​I'm not receiving notifications

If you are no longer receiving notifications from May, please check the following:

Check your device's notification settings

Make sure notifications are enabled for the May app in your device settings.

Make sure your app is up to date

We recommend using the latest version of the May app.

The issue persists

Please contact our support team and provide:

  • your device type (iPhone or Android);

  • the app version;

  • the type of notification affected.
