How do I report a bug?

If you believe you have identified a bug in the May app, please contact our support team.

To help us understand and investigate the issue, please provide:

  • a detailed description of the problem;

  • the steps required to reproduce the bug;

  • your device type (iPhone or Android);

  • screenshots or a screen recording, if possible.

Our team will review your report as soon as possible.
