If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it directly from the app.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the sign-in page.
Click Forgot password.
Enter the email address associated with your May account.
You will receive an email containing a verification code.
Enter this code in the app.
Choose a new password.
I am not receiving the verification code
There may be several reasons for this.
Check your spam folder
The email containing the verification code may sometimes be filtered into your spam or junk mail folder.
We recommend checking these folders before taking any further steps.
You sign in with Apple or Google
If you created your account using Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google, you do not have a May password.
In this case, you should sign in using the same method you used when creating your account:
Sign in with Apple
Sign in with Google
The Forgot password feature only works for accounts created with an email address and password.
Your account has been deactivated
In some cases, your account may have been deactivated.
If you still do not receive any email after several attempts and after checking your spam folder, please contact our support team. We can review your situation and reactivate your account if necessary.
I don't remember how I created my account
If you are not sure whether you used an email address, Apple, or Google when creating your account, please contact our support team and provide the email address you believe is associated with your account.
