Our healthcare professionals respond to you in shifts lasting between 2 to 4 hours on the chat. They take turns to ensure availability 7 days a week, from 8 AM to 10 PM.

This is why you may sometimes change interlocutors during the same conversation. However, our professionals handover the conversation through written notes to keep the exchange as smooth as possible.
