Your Group's team can be viewed and managed in the Settings > Team section of Mayday. These features are only accessible to the Group's owner.
Inviting Teammates
Inviting others to work with you on a group is simple.
Head to the Settings area using the left-hand navigation
2. Choose Invite a Teammate, and then enter the email address they use to log in to Xero with
3. They will receive an email inviting them to log in to Mayday, but feel free to send them the login link (https://my.getmayday.com/signup) where they will be able to sign in.
Remove a team member
To remove a team member's access to the Group:
From the left hand navigation, go to Settings and then Team
Click the bin icon () on the right end of the team member
Then click Remove in the pop-up to confirm
If you accidentally remove a user, you can easily them an invite again. For more information, check out the Inviting Teammates section of this article.
Billing manager
Note: The Group's billing manager cannot be removed. Contact support if you wish to remove your billing manager.
Reassign a Group's ownership
To reassign ownership of the Group to another team member:
From the left hand navigation, go to Settings and then Team
In the team list, any team member available to assign ownership will have a drop down in the Permission column
Select Owner against the team member to whom you would like to assign ownership.
This will show a pop-up asking you to confirm the change.
Click Make "X" the owner
Note: A team member cannot be reassigned ownership if they are a pending invitee.
