Marking calculations as final

Mark your calculations as final to make sure they aren't affected by any subsequent changes to your account data

Once you've reviewed the transactions and you're happy they're assigned correctly, you can mark a calculation as final using the button in the top right-hand corner:

Marking a calculation as final will do the following:

  1. Lock the version of rules used to calculate the recharges. This means any updates to rules you make after the first time you mark this calculation as final won't be applied to transactions from this month. For more info, see Updating Recharge Rules.

  2. Create an audit trail. The calculation can be re-opened at any time, but each time it's marked as final the full calculation will be recorded for auditing.

  3. Disable auto re-calculating. This means any transactions which are added or changed while the calculation is marked as final won't be included until the calculation is re-opened.

Calculations can be re-opened after they've been marked as final if needed.
