Fulfillment time delay determines how long an order is held before the fulfillment process starts. This setting is particularly useful if customers frequently update their orders after placing them. By default, the delay is set to 15 minutes.

Steps to Update Fulfillment Time Delay

  1. Log in to the Mayple App

    • From the dashboard look for settings.


  2. Go to Shipping Settings

    • Navigate to the settings section and select "Shipping".


  3. Find the Fulfillment Time Delay Setting

    • Locate the "Fulfillment Time Delay" option under order processing settings.


  4. Modify the Delay Time

    • Enter your preferred delay time in minutes. The default is 15 minutes, but you can adjust it based on your needs.


  5. Save Your Changes

    • Click "Save" to confirm and apply your updates.
