Why did our customer receive only one product instead of the whole bundle?

Sometimes, when the order is delivered, your customer might only receive a part of the bundle instead of the whole bundle.

This is due to not setting up bundles correctly on the Mayple app. Please check the below help doc which explains the steps to create your bundles within the Mayple app:

Once you set up your bundles accurately, we will be able to deliver the complete bundles to your customers.
