What to do if your Smappee no longer works

When your Smappee charging station is connected via WiFi, it may indeed no longer work if you have changed providers.

You can indicate this in the Smappee app at:

Settings

> your Smappee monitors

> Smappee Connect

> Change wifi settings

> Reconnect Smappee to the wireless network.

Choose the 2.4 Ghz wifi network (and not the 5 Ghz one). After all, the proper functioning of Smappee can only be guaranteed on 2.4 Ghz networks.

If it fails, EDI can schedule a paid intervention to come set this up for you. Please contact EDI for this.
