When your Smappee charging station is connected via WiFi, it may indeed no longer work if you have changed providers.
You can indicate this in the Smappee app at:
Settings
> your Smappee monitors
> Smappee Connect
> Change wifi settings
> Reconnect Smappee to the wireless network.
Choose the 2.4 Ghz wifi network (and not the 5 Ghz one). After all, the proper functioning of Smappee can only be guaranteed on 2.4 Ghz networks.
